PI360 is a custom build

PI360 is individually scoped for your organization. General Care Axis Launch pricing is not a PI360 offer. Your written proposal identifies implementation, ongoing software and support, selected portals, integrations and any migration work. PI360 is available through a reviewed proposal, not a standard public checkout.

Care Axis standard packages

The general Care Axis price guide describes starting points for standard packages. Your approved proposal confirms final scope, recurring fees, implementation, taxes, usage and any custom services before payment.

Your agreement

Confirm contract duration, billing dates, cancellation, refund eligibility and scope in your approved order or service agreement. This explanatory page does not replace that agreement.

Implementation and activation

A consultation, proposal request or payment alone does not activate a clinic or authorize patient data migration. Care Axis coordinates implementation, configuration, training and acceptance before a separately verified launch.

Billing questions or an earlier payment

If you previously paid through a PI360 checkout link, contact Care Axis with your receipt reference so the team can review the payment and agreed scope. Do not make another payment to restart the process. This website update does not change an existing agreement.
