Privacy and data use

This notice covers the public Care Axis website and its commercial inquiry flow. Patient information in a licensed clinic environment is governed by that clinic’s agreements and privacy practices.

Business inquiries

Demo, quote and onboarding forms collect business contact details and information about your practice’s requested software setup. We use these details to review your request, respond to you, prepare scope and coordinate next steps. Public forms are not a channel for patient names, records or other protected health information.

Checkout and account access

Stripe processes payment information on its checkout page. Care Axis does not collect card details in this website’s forms. Business contact and configuration details may be passed to Stripe to identify your purchase. Signed session cookies support authenticated account access.

Website operation

Our hosting and service providers process requests needed to operate the site. The site also records interaction events, such as clicks on product and demo links. Commercial forms may capture referral source and campaign parameters. Do not include sensitive information in URLs or public form fields.

Retention and requests

The configured retention period for commercial leads is 24 months. To ask about your business contact information, request a correction, or request deletion, contact admin@trycareaxis.com. We review requests through our controlled privacy process. Billing or contractual records may follow separate retention requirements.
